Ibijoke Faborode is the co-founder of a political advancement organization – ElectHER where she drives the vision to bridge inequality gaps in African democracy by Engaging, Encouraging, Equipping and Enabling women to Decide, Run and Win elections.

Prior to this, she worked with the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, as Head of Agritech and Healthcare advisory where she led Policy, trade, and investment relations across West Africa for the Department of International Trade. As Regional Business Development Manager Sub-Saharan Africa for the Paris based Pan-African publication- The Africa Report, she has managed communication campaigns for governments and some of the biggest brands in Africa,

Ibijoke also currently serves as a co-director for the prestigious London School of Economics Africa Summit 2021, and seats on the advisory board of Seeder & Ash Capital- a boutique investment firm focused on the high growth private markets in Nigeria
